Trainee Nursery Assistants

  • Hours: 16–40 hours per week
  • Experience: No prior qualifications required; full training provided
  • Salary: £18,500–£29,120 per year

Daily Roles and Responsibilities – Trainee Nursery Assistants

Your primary responsibility will be to support the well-being and development of children aged 0–5 years. This includes:

  • Assisting in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
  • Observing and recording children's progress
  • Supporting meal and nap times
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating with parents
