How you will learn

You can complete this training in two ways:

  • In-Person (1 Day): Attend a full-day session with expert trainers, including access to online materials for additional learning.
  • Fully Online: 1 month access to complete the course through our interactive e-learning platform at your own pace.

Both options provide the essential knowledge and skills needed to meet Care Certificate requirements.

How You Will Be Assessed

Assessment is based on knowledge checks and practical application. Learners will complete quizzes and interactive activities to test their understanding. For in-person training, trainers may conduct observations and discussions. Those taking the online course will complete e-learning assessments to demonstrate competency.
